Hi, i am also doing the same as you mahav, i daily submit links on relevant directories, and i am getting the results, i think you are not submitting links on relevant blogs, social bookmarks or articles directories.Otherwise there is no any such issue.

Check if the articles that you have submitted have been published. Submitting articles doesn't necessarily mean they have been published. If the articles are published check if they are indexed by google, check if they appear in your backlinks. Ashanka
