Eek! Adult Site Linked To My Family Site!
Why would they do this and how do I remove it?

My website is geared toward a very family-oriented niche. The Google webmaster tools shows a link to one of my pages that is from a porn site.

Why would they do this? How can I get them to remove it? I don't even want to go back to the site since now every few clicks a new pop-up pops up. The link led to a movie -I couldn't see any text or links.

I'm worried that people will somehow think my site is related to this and it isnt.

Your advice is much appreciated!

I must have 20 odd links pointing to my site - and all porn. There isn't much you can do, just ignore them, tell them to get stuffed.

Web folk should be able to tell the difference.

You won't be negatively affected by the link (Google doesn't let another webmaster push negative value to your site - or so they say)

Just leave it and hopefully it will disappear :)
