I came across a company <snip> which offers experienced link builders who can work full time exclusively on my websites . Their charges only 600USD Per month. For this rate they claim to allot an Experienced link builder who will work 8hrs every day on link building for my websites. I own 5 websites. Is is worth taking up services such as these.

This has been covered extensively in the past. Most of these exclusive link builders work for 4 or 5 clients 'exclusively' all of the time. Its total baloney. Only pay in arrears for results on a set price per link.

I wouldn't go for it. Before I opened my own international office I outsourced to an offshore firm which promised me "dedicated" employees but when I opened my own office we were getting 5 times the amount of links each day, all higher PR and more relevant. Pay per link, hire an SEO firm, or hire your own employee - one you have control over, not someone in India for example.

Because you can now buy links from major text link ad networks, you have a comparison cost for link building.

For example:
If you can guarantee yourself 100 Links for $300 / month from a text ads network, then a link builder you higher should be able to at least produce 150 links for $300, as the quality of links a link builder will produce will likely be lower than a text link advertisement.
