I am snooping into a new niche and have found a nice expired .com.br domain with around 100 quality links I would like to register. Any advice greatly recieved.

I was looking into Brazilian domains the other day and read a comment that Registro.br [registro.br] is the only registrar for domains in Brazil. Is that true?

According to their site you have to have a legal representative/office as a foreign company to buy a .br domain. There isn't much information in English on this topic.
