| Getting around G API rejection?

a year ago I developed my own Keyword Research tool to help my SEO efforts.
The tool gets data from GA and cross references it with GAdwords data, so I can make sure I am targeting the right keywords.
It was working great till Google revoked our API on the basis that we were just using it for research and not to make any changes on Adwords campaigns, which is for the most part true.
Has anybody experienced the same problem and managed to find a work around ?

It's a while since I used the Adwords API, but to be blunt, I didn't find them helpful at all when I had related issues to you. IMO the easiest route would be to look for another source, unfortunately.
