Keyword Phrase Tool

Can anyone recommend a good keyword phrase tool? I've searched google for hours now, and whatever they've done to their search engine makes it impossible to find what you're looking for.

What I'd like is a simple program where I could input a list of phrases and the out put would be every combination of the words in the phrase.

For example...

"red green blue"

would output

"red blue green"
"green red blue"
"green blue red"
"blue red green"
"blue green red"

I would think there was software that could do something like this, I'm just not having any luck finding it.
Thanks.

If all you need is a developed list of keywords roll your own... put all the keywords into a list, inject into an array, set number of words in phrase then iterate/recurse through all combinations to output the final listing.

Might be some benefit to doing this... but maybe not so much, particularly if multiples are used on the same page(s).

The reason I'm looking to do this is only for Google Adwords. I'd like to only have phrase match or exact match. I don't like Google guessing at what people are searching for and sending me irrelevant traffic. I'd like to take a little more control, and capture every keyword combination.

Google does not want you to have that info. If you had control they couldn't make money. The game is rigged, but it is the "only" game in town (at the moment).

There are no shortcuts.

Meanwhile, exercise brain and RESEARCH what phrase matches fit your site, then/or craft your site for those and get to work. There is no magic bullet.
