Hi ranold, I doubt you're going to get such a list from anyone who has any useful data - it would be too profitable to them to hand it out to people, or even sell it. The wider question is what use you could make of such a list. High paying is all well and good, but it's also high competition. You'd likely get more value targeting less "high paying" keywords but with greater traffic potential. The best keywords are the ones that you have a good chance of competing for and acquiring a decent level of traffic. 1 visitor paying £1 is less profitable than 100 visitors paying 2p.

It's all about proper keyword research. You really need to do this process to determine which niche is suitable for you as well as determine your competitors once you have found your niche. Everyone would much prefer a high CPC keyword but do you have the means to outrank the big sites who have already established their SERP for sometime. You may decide it's best to go for lower CPC keywords which may be more profitable for you.
