I remember years ago when an advertiser was considering various keywords on Yahoo, he/she would be able to see exactly what every single advertiser was paying for the keyword that was being considered.
I used to be able to enter my keyword list...lets say for the purpose of this discussion there were 50 keywords. Then all my competitors who show up who also were bidding on these keywords, showing me exactly what each one was paying.
For example the top guy was $1.22, second place was $1.13, third place was .99 etc, but now.
How can I see all the advertisers paying for a certain keyword and exactly what they are paying?

Unfortunately, none of the major PPC engines disclose actual bid data any more. You can get a reasonable idea of what prices you might need to pay from tools like the Google keyword tool, but other than that, the days of seeing the exact amount a competitor is paying are over, I'm afraid!
