I never use it. Overture combines lots of phrases into one phrase and they often don't show the phrases in the same order that people typed them in. It is very limited. There are several other ones out there you can use. Wordtracker, Keyworddiscovery, and wordz. They all cost money. Wordtracker does have a free version that is helpful. None of them show an accurate number of times the terms are typed in. You can only find out by actually ranking for the term using PPC or SEO.

The problem I faced with overture was that the combination of keywords were not right you have to actualy rephrase it. Also, these tools do not provide accurate data it is just an approximation of a certain result set.
