| where does overture get their data from?

Do they use the data from yahoo's search engine? I'm curious about that as in Germany and France yahoo only has a market share of < 5%. So I need to know if they get their data from the yahoo-tool, so I can compare the keywords a bit to each other without being completely off. thx
