Looking for Infinate scrolling photo banner

This worked great on moz, but no joy on IE. I'm looking for a jquery solution or some way to hack IE to make it work.
I tried html5shiv.js but either I'm using the wrong version or I'm missing something else. Anyone have some thoughts?
