How to put ads at the top using jQuery?

I like to set ads at the top of page using jQuery functions and plug-in.

How to set this as all content will be scrolled but ads will be all the time in the same position UNLESS user clicks link on ads.

Should we use Sticky Content like demo:
[andrewhenderson.me...]


Is there some good article for this issue?
