Javascripting not working on PC

 9:40 pm on Jan 2, 2009 (gmt 0)

On my fire department's web site I am utilizing a javascript image viewer with thumbnails - here is a page showing an example URL Removed

All of my computers in the fire station are able to view these photos properly with the resizing window appearing except one computer.

I have gone into the internet settings and assured that active scripting is enabled but it is still not working properly. Instead of opening the pictures int he viewer it is just showing them in a new browser window. Any ideas on what to do with this one PC to allow javascripting to work properly?

Try resetting the preferences to default (there should be a button to do this). Are you using the same browser on this machine as the others? Same version?

Yes I am using the same version of Internet Explorer on all 5 computers in the station. This computer is running Vista (along with 3 of the others) and one compute ris using XP and like I said before they all show the photos properly excep this one PC. When i return to work tomorrow I will try restoring defaults (didnt think of that)
