| Source code and upload menu bar

Dreamweaver CS5 v11, horizontal menu bar that includes source code toggle and upload/download arrows . . . snapped it off and lost it somehow, I cannot believe how stuck I am on finding it again. I thank you in advance for helping.

In the main menu go to: View > Toolbars > Document
That should do it. All other panels can be found under Windows >
