Does anyone have a solution to stopping or fixing what seems to be useless and not-background type file activity in DreamWeaver?
Other forums and discussion groups do not seem to offer any answers, just questions like this.
Sure, I know what some think the answer is - bbedit and filezilla :-) - but that just doesn't work for me.

Disable Site Definition> Local Info> Cache
This can help quite a bit under certain circumstances... for instance, many quick edits on a large site....
