Removing underlines using Dreamweaver

How do I remove link underlines using Dreamweaver? I was able to go into page properties on my index pages and the "underline never" option was easily discovered so my index pages are not underlined. On my other pages, that particular page properties dialogue option was not offered and my links are still underlined. I am not deliberately using CSS.

On my latest site, I seem to have removed all underlines;
< no personal urls, thanks >

I noticed "text decoration none" on my index page but on the about me page the text is underlined. Cannot seem to find where I used CSS.

No CSS properties apply to the current selection (page), yet the links are underlined.

Edit ? (Find and) Replace:

Find this:
<ul>anything</ul>

Replace with this:
anything

That'll modify the source code, and all the pages can then be uploaded.

Cannot find any UL. When I go to my vendors page and select the company that is underlined (with the corresponding URL target blank) and go to the page CSS properties, DW says-no css properties apply to the current selection. Please select a styled element to see which css elements apply.
I wish I could send you to the pages that I am talking about but this forum won't let me put in the URL's and it has wasted a month dealing with this.
