Having hosted customers with Microsoft frontpage as far back as I can remember, Microsoft Expression Web is coming as a blow to those customers who religiously upgraded each version of frontpage. I have personally dabbled with it, and have my opinions of it, but is their anyone on here who has sworn to it and is using it, specifically developing ASP content?

Actually Expression Web is not pushing ASP as much as it pushes PHP and ASP.NET.

I like it better than FrontPage, but I stopped relying on most of the FrontPage WebBots a long time ago. However for those that relied heavily on them (especially forms), they will need to get something else going.

Microsoft somewhat dropped the ball on some things with EW unfortunately. A few things were pushed over to Sharepoint which is probably too much for the average user.

The last update to FP was over 6 years ago.

Never used EW for ASP, just asp.net and php so can't speak to that.

EW has a lot of built in asp.net support, but to be honest I only used it on one site a few months back, so I am probably not the best one to ask.
