A search for PDF converters [google.com] turns up a number of packages. There are many to choose from. Normally you create a document in one software and convert it to PDF in another. The PDF format retains the look and feel of the original without requiring viewers to have the software used to create the file. You could use your favorite word processor to create and edit a document and then convert that.
