When creating a 'web photo album' in Dreamweaver MX 2004, I find that the resultant files are not included within the site cache and thus if I rename the created index.htm file or try to move that file elsewhere - the links are not updated. Site cache is enabled in the edit/preferences/general and works with all other files. Re-creating the site cache makes no difference. I'd be grateful for any guidance.
