| Dreamweaver Template Update Error

I'm using Dreamweaver CS3 templates on my site and have always been able to make changes to the template and automatically update the pages that use that template. This time however, I got the following message:
Done.
files examined: 183
files updated: 0
files which could not be updated: 0
total time: (0:00:02) No "error", but no updated pages. The template folder is in the root menu, the page are all linked to the template, I recreated the site cache, all with no luck. Any ideas?

Perhaps a silly question but was the change made to an editable region?

I changed some of the links in the template.
