Do you find this to be an improvement on DW?

DW CS3 has a couple of improvements over mx 2004. I find it easier to use, the spry widgets are a nice addition, and there is a photoshop like magnification tool which is useful, using css is easier. All in all its a good upgrade. I started working on a new site and I like it. Granted its not a major upgrade, but its good.

I actually had DW8. It's not as good an upgrade from 8.

Expression Web v2 I like a lot better than DW8. The current version of EW (v1) is so-so. I am using the freebie beta v2 download - the final version won't ship for about 3 weeks.

I use CSS extensively and I like the interface with EW a lot better than DW. I don't use php, if you do then DW might be better, or wait for EW v2, which has php support.
