Migration from Frontpage to Expression Web
Issues with *nix servers ...

I'm revisiting something from about 6 months back. I'm getting into a position where I will have to move from frontpage to expression web.

One thing I liked with FP was the ability to easily set up navigation and link bars. Under FP that was done with bots and EW does not support creating new instances of bots (easily) You can only edit existing web components.

The problem for me is that I have most of my hosting on Linux boxes which don't run asp. Therefore the navigation and such will not work with that hosting.

I understand that there is a project called MONO that will allow you to get ASP functionality on a linux server. In other words, you can host on a linux box and still have most of the functionality.

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck moving from FP to EW on linux boxes?
