| Dreaweaver MX 2004 problem
can't turn off style sheets |

I want to create a basic html page without style sheets. I select basic page as a category and HTML from the new page menu I also make sure the "make document XHTML box is unticked. But as soon as I change the font size of fiont type, Dreamweaver creates a style for it. And my code becomes bloated with style sheet references that I don't want or need. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

Found it! When opening a new page, PREFERENCES at bottom of box, then GENERAL and untick use CSS instead of HTML tags. Hope that helps someone else. One other thing. It then allows me to select font size by number 1-6 and not for example 16pt. Is this a problem for any browsers and what if I wanted to use points instead, is that possible?
