Set or reset default font in Front Page 2003?

How do you reset the default font in FrontPage 2003? It's currently Times New Roman, and I want to switch to Arial. I'd also like to switch the default point size from 12 point to 10 point if possible, but that's not so important.

Also, in FP2003, my in-line text graphics seem only positioned well vertically by <img [other] align="absmiddle">, but the W3C Markup Validation Service site I've just started using for validating my html code, [validator.w3.org...] , says value of attribute "ALIGN" cannot be "ABSMIDDLE"; must be one of "TOP", "MIDDLE", "BOTTOM", "LEFT", "RIGHT". But all of those choices vertically misplace the graphic with respect to the text baseline.

Tools, Page Options, Default Fonts, I believe (though I'm no expert). Also, I found 5 or 10 mins getting to grips with Style Sheets was time very well spent, as you can change pretty well everything, globally, in a trice.
