Future versions of Adobe Creative Suite will integrate Dreamweaver
and nix GoLive

Missed this from a few days ago. GoLive is gone from The Suite, will stay as a stand-alone but appears on the way out.

From Adobe Press Room:

I'm going to guess that we'll see a few more of these in the upcoming months. When Adobe bought Macromedia, many of their products overlapped. Now it's time to decide which ones to keep and which ones to nix. I don't think GoLive really garnered any major following (in mass). They are mostly Mac folks. ;)

so does this mean the Mac based client who always insisted on GoLive will now be migrating to DreamWeaver?

Or will DreamWeavers end up going GL?

I can't answer that, but the article says a stand-alone version of GL will be available, it does not mention for which OS(s).
