I have found some errors when I like to set search variable:
cannot generate system identifier for general entity "action"

reference to external entity in attribute value

reference not terminated by REFC delimiter

What can be done inside action, search settings to work validation without error?

What i usuall do is convert urls by "replace function" ("&"=>"&").
In this way you wont get tired from little detail fixings!
