Been sent an .m4v file to embed on an HTML page but not sure what's the best way to do it. Someone said stream it from YouTube. Is there anyway to convert it to Flash? Other ideas?

Thanks.

There are many applications available that will convert an m4v to flv - try a search on your engine of choice. I think it's the best way to go, too.
