(Thanks for the link, @jbinbpt!) My finding: doesn't work as I'd prefer on *local* files. E.g., can't fetch external css picked up via < link... with relative href.

I got the same message, until I included the http:// but then it failed because it wasn't an rss feed, so something else wrong.

In general I like the new changes however the CSS validation is still fail.
Really, the (X)HTML validator can determine what version of (X)HTML the page is using so why after all these years can't the CSS validator do the same?
Any way besides the ongoing CSS validator fail I rate this as a general win. :)
