Hello;
I'd like to ask you how to make a bar like youtube[url]www.youtube.com[/url], which it is under the 4 buttons(Video, Categories, Channels and Comnunity).

that is not a form, it is a set if anchors which each contain an image.

Yeah, you need to draw one instance of the button in Illustrator or Photoshop, save it as a .gif (use Save For Web), and use CSS to set is as a background image for your nav links. YouTube just links images in the HTML, but most people are now using CSS.
