It needs to be very professional and slick, and explain a few difficult concepts. It needs a voiceover and needs to show different slides. What's the best way of building such a video? Does anyone here have any experience doing this? Is it best just to use Flash to create one from scratch, or is it best to export something from Powerpoint and then somehow add in a voiceover? I've never done anything like this before so any information would be greatly appreciated Many thanks for your help

For starters you would want a decent editor, Ulead Video Studio is adequate without getting into the high end software. Any decent editor is going to have an option for voiceover, generally you would rough in your visual resources for the video portion. A built in recorder will allow you to record as the rough video is playing. Once you have the audio you can tweak the video... You would keep this in a high quality format, if for example you were using DV cam just keep it as DV. You'd export or use other software to convert to web friendly format.
