I usually just drop it on the pshop icon... Depends on how your system is set up...

if i open a gif image in photoshop , how to drag and drop it in another file

Not sure about PS, but Paint.net allows you to left click, hold the click and then drag it to the open file. I usually just drag and drop into my browser though. Sometime into an email or Word document. Unfortunately, some programs do not allow drag/drop, but you can try copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl +V). Maybe right click on the image in PS and see what selections the Context Menu gives you.

Ctrl + A on the specific layer, then drag and drop. Is there anyother easy way for drag& drop with Gif Images

just open photoshop or drag and drop to app, and it will open it.
