Hi Dave Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com] :) You're looking for a vector graphic tool. Illustrator is the most widely used. But there are other options. Logos, by their very definition should be flexible, portable and scalable. Working in vectors is the quickest way to achieve this.

Illustrator is what I used just cannot buy it right now. Was hoping for maybe some smaller program that could help me generate some quick logos. Portions of it anyway. I searched google. Will keep searching. Thanks for welcome! Thanks folks
