msg:3771918 | 11:39 am on Oct 23, 2008 (gmt 0) | I presume your using photoshop? In both cs2 (i think?) and cs3, you can use the transform tool to rotate the shape in that particular layer. Ctrl+T (pc) or Cmd+T (mac) for the transform tool under default settings. :)

msg:3783425 | 1:30 pm on Nov 10, 2008 (gmt 0) | Are you looking for an arbitrary value of rotation, or flip and turn? Rotating any rectangle will do just that...and you'll end up with a larger image... edge wise. Still, that might also work because crop can then be applied to return to the rectangle. All in all, I guess it depends on the image!
