msg:3631300 | 6:02 am on Apr 21, 2008 (gmt 0) | Hi all, I have 600 odd images on my computer but for one reason or another, they are all saved with a .au file extension (which windows interprets as an 'AU Format Sound' filetype). My problem is they are all images and were originally .jpgs, .gifs, .pngs etc. Anyone know how I can automatically buzz through them and reassign their original file extensions? I have "Irfanview" which recognises and corrects them if I open one by one but would be good to know if I can do en masse? Many thanks David
