I know its kinda borderline with the rules of the forum. but any help would be a great help. or if you could give me some hints on what to google. Thanks Every one

You may need to find yourself a programmer, which would be very expensive. But is you know a pre-packaged program that performs that task I would love to know!

For example, our system is totally custom and we have a integrated web based solution for our clients where they can place orders, set up proofs, etc, it's pretty intense but basic in appearance. It has to be or the users get lost. You can only give them one step at a time. :) Many of the larger manufacturers are providing web services to their top distributors. For example, if you are an ASI Member, you have access to all sorts of really neat stuff that will wow your clients. That entire backend is custom though, nothing off the shelf that I'm aware of.
