Creating Multiple Thumbnails at Once

I am using Adobe Fireworks (version 8) and I want to create some thumbnails. I had a client send me about 50 product photos that are quite large and I want to know if there is a quick way in Fireworks to re-size all the photos at once into a uniform size thumbnail.

I know I can open each one and re-size the image, but that will take me forever and a day. I was hoping FW was smart enough to go to the directory and re-size all photos at once to a uniform size. If anyone knows how to make FW do this or an extension that will please post info.
