I'm looking for a way to display image rollovers, similar to the way places like best buy and circuit city display their images in the weekly ads (and I'm not talking about Flash, it has to be a combination of HTML/CSS and JavaScript). I found one that sort of does what I want called overlib, but it doesn't handle images all that great. Anyone have any suggestions?

Best buy:
go to bestbuy.com, click weekly ad, enter zip code if necessary, and change to from Flash (broadband) mode to dial-up (HTML). Now mouse over the various items, that's what I'm looking to do.
