Hello, I read somewhere that ie7 will support png transparency, is this correct? When can we start using png's? Thanks

Yes, IE7 supports PNG transparency.
Here is the blog post by the IE 7 developer who implemented PNG support. [blogs.msdn.com...] I haven't seen any target ship dates mentioned for IE7.
