Google+ Open For Everyone, No Invite Required [googleblog.blogspot.com]
For the past 12 weeks weve been in field trial, and during that time weve listened and learned a great deal. Were nowhere near done, but with the improvements weve made so far were ready to move from field trial to beta, and introduce our 100th feature: open signups. This way anyone can visit google.com/+, join the project and connect with the people they care about.

Over the next day we'll be rolling out all of these features globally.

?
Someone with a stronger memory than mine: Was it always a field trial, or did it retroactively become a field trial when it turned out not to work exactly as expected?

Tells me I can "hang out with will.i.am at 9p ( do they mean pm ? in which case they should proof read their home page )...no thank you G..( over six decades old vocoder tech used badly does not IMO make the BEPs into "musicians" )..I'll pass.

If Larry and Sergey only eat their own dog food under duress , why do they think anyone else would go near it.
