Can Google results link to email folder or files?

Perhaps someone can help me figure out what actually happened: I have a hosted client who reports she typed in search term in Google not a hard code or URL) no usernames or passwords. One of the results listed was her email folder on the server, which showed how many emails she had and when she clicked on it, she was able to read an display all her emails. She says the option to "Hide" was there so she clicked it, after which she has not been able to duplicate the problem.

What could have happened? On a regular internet google search there is no option given to the searcher to "Hide" anything in the link results.

Is anyone familiar with any google application which offers this option of reading mail, or hiding a folder that she possibly could have been in, thinking she was at the regular Google search site?

Any suggestions of what may have happened for her?
