Fake Google Toolbar Update Email - Spyware or Phishing Scam
Love or Hate the Google Toolbar, Beware of a fake email

I just came across an email in my Spam filter this morning. It claims to be a Google Toolbar Update. The sender did a fairly good job spoofing the from email and link. It looks pretty real.

While I have not been a victim of Phishing or Spyware, this email really concerns me. Most people are aware of the main phishing and spyware targets: banks, credit cards, online payment systems. This is the first one that could unscrupulously affect Online Marketers...

The Subject Line read: New Google Toolbar Released
The Sender Name was: Google Updates

If you highlight over the link in the email, you should see that it does not go where it should go.
If you check the email address, it is not a google.com domain.
