I'd noticed our sales team had a bit too much time on their hands being a monday so I decided to check all of the advertising avenues that we employ. All of them checked out with exception to Google Shopping.
I logged in and it said our account was Suspended Why? No real reason given. Just the generic statement and links to policies etc... which really means "Go spend hours trying to figure it out yourself"
Why can't they give you at least a hint, it's not like your not paying to be there since Google Shopping is no longer free.
We updated their service with xml data feeds and schedule with their application to download our data on a weekly basis, the feeds are in the same XML format that they have been for at least a year.
Thankfully I was able to get into a chat session with someone from Adwords who looked into it and apparently we had a couple of products that we had shut off on our site/discontinued that were in a data feed updated the day before.
When products are discontinued we run an ad or supersede them to another product.
There should have been some leeway for larger merchants. We have well over 200k products in Google Shopping.
