I have a review strategy in place - we have many happy customers, and we're able to offer a discount as an incentive to get customers to review their experience with our store. The problem is, I'm having some issue figuring out which review sources we should focus on. I've read all of the following can influence Google reviews, but I hoping anyone with some experience here could point me in the right direction of which ones to focus on. thanks! dealtime.com pricegrabber.com cashbaq.com epinions.com flamingoworld.com mrrebates.com readprint.com resellerratings.com shopzilla.com rateitall.com reviewstream.com mouthshut.com pricespider.com dooyoo.co.uk mtbr.com viewpoints.com merchant-reviews.com couponclock.com

Shopping.com, Shopzilla [which uses Bizrate for surveys] and Nextag all syndicate with Google Shopping and can be pretty large revenue channels themselves for your business, so rotating them on your order confirmation page will give you good coverage online.

That coupled with the fact that those three are online shopping channels where, if you have the resources to manage them, you can make more money, is reason why I recommend them. I think hand written requests are a GREAT idea. If you can couple that with a small discount I think your conversions will be really high.
