Google is constantly changing their algorithm so it's hard to say for certain without a clear example. Usually more general searches will show more organic listings because Google cannot decipher the user's intent, whereas with a more complex title entered shopping results will appear for certain items, if more relevant than the organic listings that could be displayed.

This is what I saw when I looked in this, my product would appear in the serps via the shopping channel on the more specific searches.

I had a reply back from Google saying their engineers were aware of the missing feedback problem. I've got shopping results here still?
