I have a client who is saying that on Google Product Search his 'Seller rating' used to include reviews from Amazon and Yahoo.
These ratings have now disappeared and he is left with one lonely review from Google Checkout. I hadn't ever looked at his Google Product Search account before, so I don't know anything about it.
Just checking out other sellers show that the reviews are mostly from ResellerRatings.com. Any idea why/if the seller ratings from Amazon and Yahoo disappeared? Anything I can do to help get his positive ratings showing? Thanks!
Ensure that the store names are consistent across all shopping engines. Google crawls these reviews and needs to be able to match store names. Sometimes something simple like letters capitalized can cause an issue. Also, reviews/ratings disappear from Google Products all the time. Chances are if nothing has changes and the store names are consistent, those reviews will return.
