I am confused are all of these products still going, or have they replaced each other? It makes it very hard to keep up. I have a product that I sell on my website and want to be able to load it up to Google. But do not know how to do it. And if it is worth it, as they keep changing its name etc. Do many online shopper use it ?

No idea why - marketing/PR I expect. :) As far as I'm concerned it's easier to say Froogle than the others when describing the service to people. Who could guess what Base was? And since they couldn't go back to Froogle (never go back!) they had to go to something else, I suppose. In an email to me concerning a recent problem (see my recent posting here), google states the service is till in Beta so to expect inconsistencies and bugs (such as not sending out emails when your shop dies). Not bad for 5 years work. :(

Expect to see it come out of beta when they are ready to start charging a CPC liek the rest of the comparison shopping engines do.
