What's meaning of Notice: File uploading is temporarily unavailable |

When I clicked the "Bulk upload files" button in my acount today, it shown "Notice: File uploading is temporarily unavailable." why? Does the google base has a problem or is there something error in my acount?

That usually happens when google is working on their servers. Just try it again and it should work.
