I've seen Western Google Adwords consultants with rates from $50 thru to $300, some with set up rates from $5 - 15k [ more for enterprise level ] depending on the size of the campaigns, and management rates of between 5-10% of spend.
Offshoring in Southern Asia is around $12-25 per hour. - I haven't checked the cost of dedicated management, but at those rates I'd think 1-2% of spend would be the optimum rates.
Does offshoring your Adwords account management make sense? Can you really get the quality of management needed in competitive markets. What components are the safest and what contractual and practical understandings are there that can make this a success.
