I have a question : my company, that has experience in seo, wants to start providing services in ppc sphere. We want to know, do customers pay their attention to presence of agencies Adwords certificates, respectively, certified professionals? Will certificates presence / absence play a decisive role in choosing the agency? or customers are increasingly looking for such agencies by feedbacks on the internet or from friends? I would be grateful for opinions.

As with anything else in life, it depends. Some clients want their manager to have Adwords certification, some don't care, they just want you to improve their campaign. Most don't even know there's such a thing. But if you say "we're certified", I'm sure that can sway some.

I think so that having a certificate is good, but there is a problem in this case: agency have to have some clients in order to get a chance to be certified, but how it can attract these clients without being certified?
