I find it hard to believe you are spending over $1M and you don't have a rep to call at Google?

We wanted to escalate the problem because our rep and even our country manager did not have the authority to solve it. The problem was solved but it took 9 days. What can one do if he is not satisfied by the work of a country manager. It seems that the complaints are going directly to him.

Very Intresting Georgiev thanks for sharing the info and that is was finally resolved. Far as complaining I have no idea who and doing some research looks like the buck stops with the country mamager. I would just forget this whole deal move on and maybe try to get to know your country manager a little better. PS welcome to the boards

| I know spenders of few times that without rep. To the OP: Move on. Representatives and even managers like yours are jokey smurfs when about policy team that checks accounts. G's policy team and alike teams are like safe within the safe within the safe in Zurich's safest bank. Or something like CIA within CIA. No rep can penetrate to them and do anything about what they're to deal with. If you think better, policy teams are those that keep an eye on what makes G's credibility. They simply cannot afford to be influenced by anything or anyone. Saying this, there always be flaws and something you and I will never agree with, but nobody else cares about that. Just carry on and be happy you got your account(s) back.
